As a Casino Coordinator, you will support both the Product and operational teams and assist in delivering the best-in-class Gaming Product offering across our markets.

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for all things iGaming to work alongside our Product team. You will be curious, inquisitive, and have a craving to continuously learn and develop. While in this role, you will be learning about the full range of iGaming products that bet365 offers its customers and have opportunities to feed into future product development.

You will be working closely with internal teams, such as our operational workstream, product, CRM, and commercials.

This position is available on a full-time basis, working from Monday to Friday. Relevant training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge of iGaming providers and aggregators, what content they offer, and where.
  • Knowledge of game types, mechanics and features.
  • An understanding of different market preferences.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience working in the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Presenting ideas for original content and bespoke games.
  • Managing the exclusive roadmap, ensuring strong content all year round.
  • Understanding which games, mechanics, features, and themes work well in certain markets while providing feedback and suggestions internally.
  • Managing and optimising our content roadmap end-to-end and deciding which content is delivered to each market based on solid game knowledge, market trends, and in-house data.
  • Offering game suggestions for marketing activities, ensuring the right games are provided to our players at the right time.
  • Working closely with the operational work stream, you will be responsible for maintaining our lobbies in all markets, from supporting the release of new games to updating existing lobbies, as well as rolling out new categories and product improvements.
  • Compiling game benchmark statistics from key suppliers and our own internal data to review game performance and share insight with internal stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership of the games’ retirement process.
  • Being the go-to person for anything content-related, from exclusive games to lobby positioning; providing a layer of expert knowledge and advisories on initiatives drawn up from internal teams.
  • Monitoring domains, documenting, and addressing any discrepancies.
