Affiliate Account Manager

Marketing Park Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Affiliate Account Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

The Affiliate Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners and ensuring that these relationships generate high-quality traffic and revenue. The role focuses on optimizing campaigns, maintaining strong affiliate connections, and expanding the affiliate network.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize relationships with affiliate partners
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, adjust strategies as needed
• Create and manage marketing campaigns with affiliates to drive sales
• Identify new affiliate opportunities and negotiate terms
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams
• Ensure all affiliate achieves comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking tools and platforms
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Igaming experience is a plus
• Fluent in Turkish and have strong English wring and speaking skills.
