Trust Manager

Our client is an international, group of companies providing a wide range of bespoke professional services to private individuals, families and international corporate clients. They are currently looking to grow their team of professionals and are looking to recruit a Trust Manager.

Responsibilities: 

• Managing and supervising the trust administration team
• Daily Trust administration
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations
• Liaising with pertinent departments regarding accounting, taxation and operations
• Liaising with a portfolio of clients within yachting, aircraft, property, investments industries, etc.
• Meeting with stakeholders
• Possibility of travel (very occasionally and not currently)
• Attending team members queries
• Acting as ‘B’ signatory
• Highlighting improvements
• Training of team members
• Performing appraisals 
• Ensure the team meets its targets
• Implementing best practices

• Experience in yatching is a plus (Importation, Registration, VAT, etc)
• Team Management Experience

• Qualification such as STEP Diploma, ICSA Diploma or equivalent
• ‘A’ Level standard, or equivalent
