Regulatory Compliance Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Regulatory Compliance Manager. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyzing local and international regulations and ensuring the organization is in line with such laws and policies 
• Providing advice where required in terms of implementation and ongoing maintenance of regulations
• Identifying and assessing any risks related to compliance including the development of any new products and business practices
• Assisting with the development and implementation of the Annual Compliance Plan
• Carrying out impact and gap analysis and assisting with the implementation of specific requirements within the bank
• Conducting training sessions in collaboration with Human Resources 
• Compiling statistics to be used for management information purposes
• Assisting the DPO with any issues related with GDPR which may arise from time to time

• Minimum eight years experience in a similar role within Financial Services
• Possess the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attentive with a key eye for detail

• Possess a Degree/qualification in a related field
