Regulatory Compliance Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution is seeking to recruit a Regulatory Compliance Manager. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Analyzing local and international regulations and ensuring the organization is in line with such laws and policies
- Providing advice where required in terms of implementation and ongoing maintenance of regulations
- Identifying and assessing any risks related to compliance including the development of any new products and business practices
- Assisting with the development and implementation of the Annual Compliance Plan
- Carrying out impact and gap analysis and assisting with the implementation of specific requirements within the bank
- Conducting training sessions in collaboration with Human Resources
- Compiling statistics to be used for management information purposes
- Assisting the DPO with any issues related with GDPR which may arise from time to time
- Minimum eight years experience in a similar role within Financial Services
- Possess the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attentive with a key eye for detail
- Possess a Degree/qualification in a related field
