Merchant Services Executive

 APCOPAY is seeking to recruit a Merchant Services Executive to join the dynamic team.

The Position:
Based in Malta and reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the candidate will be the first point of contact for online eCommerce merchants and will be responsible for driving the onboarding process with banks and payment options by coordinating the collection and review of documents.

The Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be technically proficient. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of other languages is advantageous. Preferred candidates will be highly organised, meticulous and motivated. The chosen applicant should preferably possess a minimum of two years’ experience in a previous role with knowledge of the client boarding process. Experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset.
