Investments Services Officer

​An Investments Services Officer vacancy in Malta is currently available with an International Tax and Wealth Management company.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of the investment strategy and related processes;
• Portfolio re-modeling to align policies to the respective risk profile and communicating with advisers and the changes required and rationale;
• Processing switch and cash replenishment transactions with various product providers in a timely and accurate manner;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with other internal departments – Compliance, Para-Planning, Pension Advisory, Pensions Administration, Trust, Finance, XPLAN, Marketing;
• Production and distribution of regular monthly product information and commentaries;
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure investment strategy is compliant and optimised to help achieve corporate targets;
• Contribution to project work relating to investment services;
• Key internal resource for queries relating to investments;
• Liaise with external investment partners to help ensure firms’ objectives are reached.
