Coleman Wealth in Malts is currently looking to recruit Independent Financial Advisors to join their team on a full-time basis.

We seek experienced Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Wealth Managers with a robust client base to join our dynamic team in salaried and self-employed roles. As an industry professional, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial advice to clients, focusing on investment, retirement planning, tax strategies, and wealth management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of clients’ financial plans to ensure they are on track to meet their goals
  • Stay updated with financial regulations and market trends to provide accurate and timely advice
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in financial advisory with a proven track record of managing a client book of at least £10M
  • Demonstrated experience in handling international clients
  • Min. Level 3 in Financial Planning
  • Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Low-Cost Discretionary Fund Managers (FCA Regulated): Access a range of low-cost discretionary fund managers who are FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulated to efficiently manage your clients' investments
  • Managed Portfolio Service: Utilize our Managed Portfolio Service, offering a diversified range of portfolios designed to meet various risk profiles and investment objectives
  • Market Leading Custody Solutions: This is where we bring institutional costings to the retail market, exceeding your clients’ expectations on cost
  • Bespoke Portfolios: We value your ability to tailor solutions to meet client requirements. With us, you can still build bespoke portfolios to address your client's unique financial goals
  • Performance Simulation: Mitigate client risk with our performance simulation capability within the CIP, allowing you to model and assess potential outcomes of low-cost strategy models
