Accounting Manager

Our client, an international aviation company, is looking for an Accounts Manager to join their growing team: 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, including processing supplier invoices and reviewing balance sheet entries.
• Work closely with the sales administration team to oversee customer invoicing, verify sales journal entries, and optimize order administration tools.
• Prepare VAT filings and ensure timely submission of related returns.
• Generate monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with local regulations.
• Track and manage budgets, income, and expenses to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring and control of accounting procedures and financial management systems.
• Handle payroll processing, including booking salaries, benefits, and taxes, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
• Ensure payroll reports and returns are completed accurately and on time.
• Compile and submit both internal and external financial reports within established deadlines.

• Excellent communication in English
• Ability to work in a Team

• Experience in managing a team
• Fully qualified Accountant or eligible qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts
