Finance Manager

Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle the day to day accounting duties which include receivables, payables, banking and investments 
• Handle general ledgers
• Handle the month end closing which include the financial reports, management reports and variance analyses 
• Support in the internal guidelines for transactions and budgeting 
• Handle all deadlines in relation to statutory authorities and compliance requirements
• Liaise with internal departments 
• Oversee and ensure that all technical accounting is complaint to IFRS 
• Support in they day to day duties 

• A minimum of 3-4 years of local experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting skills

• The chosen candidate is expected to be in possession or final stages of an ACCA certification or an equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related subject
