Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Handle the day to day accounting duties which include receivables, payables, banking and investments
Handle general ledgers
Handle the month end closing which include the financial reports, management reports and variance analyses
Support in the internal guidelines for transactions and budgeting
Handle all deadlines in relation to statutory authorities and compliance requirements
Liaise with internal departments
Oversee and ensure that all technical accounting is complaint to IFRS
Support in they day to day duties
Skill-sets and Requirements
A minimum of 3-4 years of local experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting skills
Education & Experience
The chosen candidate is expected to be in possession or final stages of an ACCA certification or an equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related subject
