Finance Director

In this position as a Finance Director within the manufacturing industry, you will be managing the Finance function in two of the company's sites and duties will include:

• Managing the finance functions and act as the primary interface for all financial matters on behalf of the companies
• Overseeing and ensuring that the activities carried out are conducted in line with the company's structure and tax setup
• Proposing any adequate measures to enhance the company's processes and financials
• Reviewing, approving, acting as a signatory when necessary and ensuring proper administration of all contracts
• Reviewing and providing information and clarifications to Group management regarding the company's financial results.
• Preparing and overseeing of the budgets, and other financial forecasts
• Conducting timely reviews of financials and other data, as per the requirements of the Group and the companies
• Contributing and supporting compliance with SOX, regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, in cooperation with accounting leaders
• Manage the relationship with Auditors
• Ensure that monthly management accounts are concluded within set KPIs
