Administrator - Regulatory Affairs
Are you passionate about Regulatory Affairs and looking to make a meaningful contribution in the financial sector? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team, supporting critical supervisory interactions.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the team in managing supervisory dialogue with various regulatory bodies, ensuring effective and timely communication
- Support the team in handling regulatory requests, including the efficient sharing of information with regulators
- Contribute to key tasks related to the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP) and Onsite Inspections (OSI), including preparing insightful reports for the Board of Directors
- Assist in providing input for major workstreams arising from key regulatory deliverables, such as ICAAP/ILAAP
- Engage in various tasks as directed by the Head of department.
Required knowledge, skills and experience
- Relevant technical knowledge, skills, and/or educational background is a must
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is an asset
- Familiarity with local and EU financial services regulations is an asset. Interest in financial and banking regulatory matters is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
- Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage your own workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
