YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to reach and exceed targets
• Drive business growth for the Birkirkara branch through strategic planning and execution
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring client service excellence and operational efficiency
• Manage listings, client portfolios, and coordinate high-quality property viewings
• Recruit and train new agents, building a strong, results-driven team
• Liaise with company leadership to align branch goals with overall business strategy

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY

• Proven experience in real estate (sales or rentals)
• Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
• Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A valid Malta work and residence permit
• Own a car and a valid driving license
• A proactive, performance-driven mindset and a passion for property
