Role Overview:
Lead and manage a branch of Simon Mamo Real Estate, ensuring team performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence within Malta’s dynamic real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate professionals
- Set and achieve sales and rental targets
- Drive business development and foster client relationships
- Monitor market trends and implement effective strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills; ability to manage and inspire a team (must-have)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities (must-have)
- Fluent in English; additional language an asset (nice-to-have)
- In-depth knowledge of the Malta property market (nice-to-have)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (must-have)
Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate management or a similar leadership role preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, property, or related sector
