• Real Estate Experience – Bonus if you have worked in real estate, but a passion for the industry is key!
• Managerial Experience – Proven ability to lead and inspire teams (preferred).
• Knowledge of Malta – Understanding of the local market is a plus.
• Eagerness to Grow – Bring your energy and desire to take on new challenges.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with computer systems and tools used in real estate.
• Bilingual – Fluent in English, with knowledge of another language (bonus points!).
• Leadership Skills – You know how to guide and motivate a team to success.
