Associate - Property Management

Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking an Associate in Property Management. Reporting to the Real Estate Team Manager your main duties will be:

• Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and professional client journey.
• Gather client requirements and timelines, tailoring services accordingly.
• Support clients during arrivals, stays, and property-related issues.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across email, phone, and correspondence.
• Coordinate property inspections, inventories, and onboarding to company standards.
• Manage maintenance issues with landlords and contractors.
• Oversee lease terminations and ensure smooth property handovers.
• Handle annual utility reconciliations and internet installations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client property files.
• Generate and issue invoices for renewals and agreements.
• Continuously build knowledge of the Maltese property market.

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (1 hour break)

Requirements

• Native level of Maltese and professional English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Must be Tech savvy with experience in client facing roles
• Valid driving licence with excellent knowledge of Maltese roads and towns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
• Having a basic knowledge of local property structures and systems (e.g., water and electricity) would be an asset
• Having previous local experience in property management will be considered an asset
