Technical Team Leaders

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Leaders to join a growing and dynamic team. As a Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of technical professionals to ensure the successful completion of domestic and industrial projects and tasks. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and hands-on support to team members, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
- Diagnoses and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Preferable diploma or equivalent or higher; additional technical education or certification in mechanical or electrical fields
- Must be in possession of a Clean valid driving license
- Proven experience as a Technical Team Leader or similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends to support maintenance needs
