Structural Engineer

We are seeking a passionate, hands-on, and highly motivated Structural Engineer to join our growing team. You will work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, contributing to a diverse range of projects and gaining exposure to all stages of the structural design and delivery process—from early concept through to construction and site inspection.

All team members will collaborate closely with Partners, architects, and engineers in a professional, dynamic environment that values learning, initiative, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and/or lead structural engineering design in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Work on projects across all stages: concept design, design development, detailed design, tender packaging, construction documentation, and site inspections
• Prepare structural assessments, calculations, detailed layouts, and tender packages, including technical drawings, bills of quantities, and specifications
• Collaborate closely with Partners and multidisciplinary project teams
• Provide technical input and support across projects, senior engineers will mentor and guide junior team members
• Assist with or undertake site inspections and construction-stage support
• Stay up to date with relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Professional degree in Structural Engineering
• Knowledge of the Eurocode suite of structural design standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Experience with structural analysis software
• Knowledge of Revit is considered a strong asset
• Ability to work effectively within budgets and deadlines
• Fluency in spoken and written English, knowledge of Maltese and other languages is an advantage

The remuneration package will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
