Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quality Engineer to lead the internal quality team and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will manage a team of Quality Engineers, oversee customer quality concerns, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. This role reports directly to the Managing Principal of the department.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate the internal quality engineering team
• Investigate and manage customer quality concerns and complaints
• Monitor quality-related costs, targets, and performance indicators
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions
• Apply quality tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma practices
• Maintain quality documentation and prepare technical reports for clients
• Support the quality aspects of new projects and product introductions
• Conduct quality audits across responsible areas
• Assist in internal investigations and initiatives aimed at reducing scrap and improving efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Background in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering
• Previous experience in quality engineering or quality management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with drive, energy, and enthusiasm
• Attention to detail and structured working approach
• Willingness to travel for short periods when required
