Spare Parts Machinery and Vehicles Store Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Machinery and Vehicles Store Supervisor to oversee our inventory management and ensure the efficient operation of our store. This role is pivotal in maintaining stock levels and providing exceptional service to our customers.

- Supervise daily operations of the spare parts store, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of spare parts for machinery and vehicles.
- Train and mentor store staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and resolving any issues related to spare parts.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and optimise stock levels based on sales trends.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail or warehouse environment, preferably in spare parts or automotive sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Knowledge of machinery and vehicle spare parts is highly desirable.
