Refrigeration Technician

Our client is a leading food and beverage important and distributor and currently they are looking to employ a Refrigeration Technician to support the brand in its daily maintenance operations. As the Refrigeration Technician your responsibilities include: 

• Coordinating the inspection of refrigeration units and ensuring timely and up-to-date servicing
• Responding to any emergency calls which concern the repairing and servicing of refrigeration units
• Carrying routinely maintenance 
• Making sure that all relevant documentation is filed appropriately and recorded according to the company's procedures
• Being responsible of keeping the inventory of stock up to date and ordering when necessary 

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday based on the schedule planned by the Refrigeration Technician himself/herself. However the person is expected to be on call to respond for any emergencies which might arise from time to time. 

• Communication skills in both Maltese and English (written and verbal)
• Proactive and working on own initiative
• Time management skills

• 2 years previous experience in a similar setting
• Refrigeration License
• License A is a must
• License B would be considered a plus
