Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client specializing in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a Quality Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Implementation and development of total quality strategy, budgets, procedures, standards and designs to ensure consistency and class quality
• Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop QC processes
• Reviewing specifications for products and processes
• Supervising inspectors, technicians and other staff
• Inspection of raw material, processes and final outputs
• Approving the right products and rejecting defective
• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis 
• Submitting reports to appropriate executives
• Suggesting opportunity for improvements 
• Develop and oversee KPIs to maintain continual improvement

• Candidates must be able to speak Maltese
• Ability to work under pressure
• Project Management skills
• ISO Standards Experience
• Expert knowledge of TQM, QMS, OPEX, Lean, 5S or Six Sigma

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University ideally in Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent
