General Soft Drinks Co Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Process Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and manufacturing excellence /6 sigma projects
- Improve process yields and machine uptime
- Support in machine overhauls and routine upkeep of all equipment
- Communicate directly with Production Department to coordinate maintenance, be it breakdown and repair, scheduled or preventive, in process areas
- Lead material qualification and support the introduction of new processes and machines in the manufacturing area
- Optimize tool design to improve productivity and yields
- Conduct employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (would be considered an asset)
- Proven work experience as a process engineer
- Advanced technical skills
- Analytical thinker
- Familiarity with state health and safety regulations
- Ability to project manage.

We also import, sell and distribute other brands including Monster, Bavaria, Stella Artois, Berlin Beer, Lowenbrau, Café Mauro and Evian on behalf of other brand owners.
