IT Operation Engineer

Our technology solutions client is urgently looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join their energetic team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities: 

• Daily administration and management of critical customer systems
• Manage services for Azure, Microsoft Enterprise, and Mobile Security Suite
• Maintain and manage customer owned managed systems via remote troubleshooting and support
• Proactively plan to prevent any issues and mitigate issues as they arise
• Throughout all duties, advise consumers on all elements of systems and network security
• Establish a solid customer relationship to ensure repeat business and happiness
• Work within the IT team to provide support to users in a cloud based environment
• Onboard customers for their 

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Azure Administration or Microsoft Security Administration certifications are an asset
• Exposure to Azure & M365 portals
• Professional written and spoken English
• Ability to obtain an EU Security Clearence
• Living and working within the EU for the last 5 years

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field
