Our global HQ in Malta is looking for a Global Office & Facility Manager who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a cohesive and inspiring workplace experience across our Betsson offices worldwide!

As the Global Office & Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and aligning our office and facility operations worldwide to ensure consistent, high-quality support that reflects our brand and operational excellence.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will develop and implement global standards, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure that every Betsson workspace supports our people’s productivity and well-being.

A taster of what you will be involved with

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Oversee global office and facility operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic alignment with Betsson’s brand.
  • Develop and maintain facility management protocols to uphold consistent ESG standards across all locations.
  • Collaborate with local HR and office teams to address needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure standards are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships globally, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
  • Support space planning and expansion efforts, coordinating office adjustments to align with our growth.
  • Implement health, safety, and compliance protocols across all offices.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for facility-related expenses, optimizing for cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in facility management, office operations, or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-site office operations, budget oversight, and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse global teams.
  • The successful candidate will be based ideally on-site 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
