General Manager

Our client forms part of a group of companies that are well established on the Maltese islands. As they are growing, they would like engage a General Manager to join their team.

The Role

• You will report directly into the Director
• You will lead a small team of technicians and engineers
• You will create strategy, ensure the operations are working smoothly and spearhead the commercial aspect of the business
• You will create business relationships both locally and abroad
• You will take the company to the next level of growth
• Communicate with all stakeholders within the group
• Ensure the all set targets are met through self and team
• Be part of the Senior Management team and attend committees & meetings accordingly
• Create different products and revenue streams for the company
• Handle the company finances and act upon them

Salary is dependent on experience

• You will have senior level experience leading a team
• You will have the aptitude and experience to spearhead the commercial function
• Be both strategic and operational
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be highly organised
• You will need to travel every so often

• You must be a qualified Engineer both Electrical or Mechanical Engineers will be considered

• You will have a car + fuel
