Field Service Engineer (Medical/Pharma)

Our client, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the Medical and Scientific industries are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team in the servicing department. 

Reporting to the servicing manager, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance services for pharmaceutical equipment and systems at client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Install, qualify, and maintain pharmaceutical equipment and systems in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
• Deliver comprehensive training to clients on the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Science related fields.
• Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, including spectroscopy and chromatography systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA guidelines and cGMP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proven experience as a field service technician or experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be highly considered.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel abroad for manufacturer’s trainings as required.
