Executive Quality (Technical Services)

Our client, is looking to recruit a a Executive Quality to join their growing team within the Technical Services. Reporting to the Head of Department, the chosen candidate will:

• Maintain and enforce compliance with Technical Services quality policies, procedures, and relevant standards.
• Manage the configuration, performance, and data integrity of the CMMS to support optimal maintenance operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for CMMS workflows, data accuracy, and integration with maintenance processes.
• Generate reports on asset performance, reliability, and compliance, leveraging CMMS data to support asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with terminal and airfield facility teams to analyze maintenance trends and recommend operational improvements.
• Ensure all third-party maintenance activities are accurately recorded and managed within the CMMS.
• Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of warranties, service contracts, and inspection documentation.
• Participate in vendor evaluations and performance review meetings in coordination with Procurement.
• Support planning and execution of infrastructure and technical projects.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to review design submissions and commission completed works, ensuring alignment with the company’s quality standards.
• Review O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and equipment documentation to ensure proper CMMS integration.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants to establish preventive/predictive maintenance schedules and procedures for new systems and assets.
• Conduct routine and unannounced inspections/audits to evaluate maintenance quality and completeness.

Education and Experience

• Experience in quality assurance, facilities maintenance, or technical project management is a must
• Knowledge of CMMS platforms and data-driven performance management is a must
• Familiarity with infrastructure asset management, safety standards, and vendor oversight
• A minimum of an MQF Level 5 qualification in Quality or a related field
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications preferred
• Proficiency in report generation and data interpretation
