Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Crawler Operator to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, ensuring the efficient operation of crawler equipment on various job sites.

- Operate crawler equipment for excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations and meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery on site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
- Assist in training new operators and providing guidance on best practices.

- Proven experience operating crawler equipment in a construction environment.
- Valid certification or licence for operating heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
