Our client is an international design consultancy headquartered in Malta and undertaking high profile projects throughout the world.
Due to continued project awards and expansion, a Design Coordinator / Design Manager is now required to undertake:
- Design Management: Overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of design projects from conception to completion
- Team Coordination: Leading and coordinating the efforts of designers and engineers ensuring strong collaboration throughout all departments
- Quality Control: Ensuring that all designs meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations Client Liaison: Be primary point of contact for various clients throughout the design phase, ensuring needs are met and feedback incorporated into project plans
- Design Review: Managing regular design reviews, providing feedback to team members and pushing for continuous improvement
- Documentation: Maintaining full project documentation, including meeting notes and progress reports. Market Trends: Remaining continuously updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design processes.
Talent will:
- Possess a minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture of Engineering
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience in design management or coordination
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams
- Be proficient with design software, preferably with Revit
- Have excellent problem solving skills
- Have extensive client management and stakeholder engagement experience
