Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join their team. In a nutshell, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building management systems by:
Designing, programming, and commissioning building management systems
Building the projects' bill of quantities from the project requirements
Assisting in installation by giving structured complete instructions for the installation to be carried out successfully
Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues and providing the necessary technical support to customers, and owning any issues up until resolution
Developing and maintaining system documentation
Keeping up-to-date with any BMS developments and identifying internal training opportunities to improve efficiency and quality
Ensuring a high quality/standard of work and service throughout
Performing any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent command in English; Maltese preferred
Strong communicator with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
A logical, analytical approach to problem solving coupled with an ability to pay close attention to detail
A team player who actively promotes team spirit, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Education & Experience
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of AutoCad , Visio or a similar software would be an asset
At least 2 years of previous experience in BMS, Installations, Project Management or Electrical Engineering
