Technical Drawings & Document Controller

Job Description
Our client is a highly reputable mechanical & electrical turnkey contractor in Malta providing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, medium, low voltage, and extra-low voltage installation services for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Due to continued expansion, a Technical Drawings & Document Controller is now required to join their busy team.

Duties: 

• Site visits to sketch and obtain changes to be able to finalise as-built drawings;
• Guaranteeing that paperwork has been fully completed;
• Maintaining document registers and customer specifications;
• Assisting the tendering office with filing and uploading of tenders' BOQ’s;
• Drawing and preparation of working drawings and interim as-built drawings from the consultant’s drawings;
• Synchronization with site workers and supervisors to build Surveys or Drawings;
• Carrying out other general administration.

Requirements: 

• Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or experience in a similar role.
