Key responsibilities:

Administering, configuring, analyzing, and enhancing the Bank's ERP System and integrations.

  • Playing a crucial role in HR Operations, collaborating with key stakeholders for system maintenance, support, and improvement.
  • Managing and supporting HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and related platforms.
  • Translating HR stakeholders' needs into system configurations and solutions.
  • Providing regular training to HR staff on effective use of HR systems.
  • Collaborating across departments to align HR Continuous Improvement initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements
  • A demonstrated track record of at least three (3) years in managing and supporting HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other related HR platforms).
  • Hold previous proven experience using methodologies such as Kaizen, Kanban, 5 why, VSM etc...
  • Demonstrate effective communication, engagement, influence, responsibility, commitment, timeliness, attention to detail, and maintaining data integrity.
Education and Experience
  • Hold a degree at the MQF Level in HR, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
