Power BI Data Analyst

Our client, an international company based in Malta focused on the insurtech company revolutionizing the insurance industry is looking to recruit an experienced Power BI Data Analyst to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Clean and prepare data for accurate reporting.
• Ensure data quality through continuous monitoring and auditing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content.
• Manage data communications during client calls.
• Create detailed reports for both internal and external audiences using PowerBI.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.

This position focuses on enhancing the quality and scope of client data dashboards, producing internal KPIs, and analyzing engagement data to inform strategic adjustments to our product and client experience. 

• Ability to discuss ideas and projects with varying levels of complexity across different audiences.
• Strong ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
• Focused on delivering high-quality, accurate results.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Data Security, Compliance, and Insurance fundamentals is an asset
• Experience with SQL would also be an asset
• The person needs to be relocated in Malta

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a data-related field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Statistics.
• Experience with PowerBI and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric/Power platform.
