BI and Data Team Lead

Our client is looking for a BI and Data Team Lead to join their team. Join the BI team to lead operational aspects of the data warehouse and maintain high levels of data quality.  

Key Responsibilities:   

• Supervise a group of developers and architects, both on-site and remote. 
• Provide guidance and support to developers through mentoring. 
• Work closely with business analysts and external partners for effective collaboration. 
• Allocate tasks and prioritize them to meet business requirements. 
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development life cycle and data governance. 
• Monitor and uphold data quality and security standards. 
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in handling planned and unplanned demands. 
• Oversee operational aspects of the data warehouse, ensuring timely and precise metrics, data sets, and reports. 
• Play a significant role in shaping and implementing data-driven approach and strategy.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience within the same role.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL servers (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, RDBMS)
• Proficiency in handling data sets such as On Cloud and On Premise
• Experience with testing and release automation and version control
• Knowledge of project tracking software such as JIRA

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
