Marketing Creative

We are looking for a marketing creative individual to join our team. The main purpose of the Marketing Creative Executive is to support the team with branding and visibility, as well as producing graphical content to be published both internally and externally in line with the company’s vision.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity is highly motivated, customer-oriented and has the desire to grow their career with a winning team! This individual will be asked to service the company websites and marketing materials, but also encouraged to challenge our conventions and continue to grow the effectiveness and improve the processes of the same. Regular and open communication with stakeholders within each company will be critical.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop content marketing strategies to drive business goals through engaging and relevant subject matter.
  • Serve as administrator for company websites, including updates/maintenance of the same. This could include in-house website creation/development or managing relevant third parties.
  • Manage SEO and properly structure company websites to be optimized according to industry standards.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand each company’s vision and define strategies and design requirements.
  • Work with the team to help plan promotions and assist with presenting the strongest UX for onsite experience and conversion.
  • Maintain effective company-wide internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are informed of marketing activities.
  • Work with leadership to develop and showcase company progress.
  • Expand the company's footprint, ensuring that each endeavour runs smoothly from inception to delivery.
  • Create KPI metrics to track successes and progress of the company’s reputation.
  • Adhere to time and financial restrictions for each campaign rolled out.

Required Experience:

  • An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Graphic Design or Marketing is preferred; a secondary degree in business, communications or related field (or on-the-job marketing experience) will be strongly considered.
  • 5 combined years of Web Development, Graphic Design, eCommerce, content writing and social media strategies.
  • Advanced understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred.
  • Oversee social media content and advertising activities to uncover the best performing messages and visuals.
  • Data driven when tracking and analysing campaign activities and results.
  • Understand the lifecycle of customers and identify opportunities to drive acquisition, growth and retention.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
