LiveOps Manager

We are representing a premier game studio currently scaling their flagship global strategy title. We are looking for data-driven LiveOps Managers to own the lifecycle of a living, breathing digital economy. 

In this role, you will be the primary architect of player engagement, responsible for planning and executing the roadmap that keeps millions of global players immersed in a competitive, high-stakes environment.

Your Impact:

Strategic Roadmap: Develop and own the rolling LiveOps calendar, aligning daily, weekly, and seasonal events with long-term commercial goals.

Economic Optimization: Design and execute monetization strategies that balance player progression with revenue growth, ensuring a healthy and sustainable game economy.

End-to-End Execution: Lead the deployment of in-game content from initial concept and configuration to QA and final release.

Data-Driven Evolution: Monitor live performance in real-time. You will translate raw data (DAU, ARPDAU, Retention) into actionable insights to optimize the player experience.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central hub between Product, Design, Marketing, and Community teams to ensure a seamless live service experience.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of experince in LiveOps, Game Design, Data
• Proven track record managing complex, high-velocity LiveOps calendars for an F2P title, preferably a strategy or mid-core game.
• Comfortable using tools such as Tableau, SQL and Excel
• Understanding of F2P monetization models, and virtual economies is preferred.

Education and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in a related field.
