Junior Data Analyst

Job Overview:

 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations.

Communicate with various teams to develop effective business solutions and facilitate decision-making.

Present data and analysis results in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

Work closely with marketing and other departments in segmentation building and ROI analysis.

Identify patterns and trends, draw conclusions from statistical analysis, and present results to drive actionable insights.

Assist in the enhancement of the in-house Data Warehouse.

Embrace and introduce best practices to ensure data analysis work is reproducible and scalable.

Continuously develop your skills in data analysis, learning new tools and techniques to enhance your effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. We value a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to solve problems logically.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

A keen eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in data handling.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.

Willingness to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
