General Soft Drinks Co Ltd is currently looking to recruit an IT Data Solutions & ERP Manager.
This comprehensive role demands a well-rounded individual with a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adept at navigating change, managing budgets, tracking KPIs, fostering a successful team, and ensuring efficient data solutions and robust ERP systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hands-on:
Design, develop, and implement data solutions: Translate business needs into effective data solutions, utilizing relevant technologies and tools.
Manage and maintain ERP systems: Ensure optimal performance, security, and data integrity through ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and system administration.
Perform data analysis and reporting: Extract valuable insights from data to inform decision-making and support business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with technology trends: Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Lead and manage the implementation of new data solutions and ERP upgrades: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to minimize disruption and ensure user adoption.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders: Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
Train and support users: Provide clear and concise training on new systems and processes, ensuring user proficiency and maximizing system utilization.
Develop and manage IT data solutions and ERP budgets: Allocate resources effectively, considering long-term needs, potential return on investment (ROI), and cost optimization.
Negotiate with vendors and service providers: Secure the best possible deals for software, hardware, and maintenance services.
Monitor and track IT expenditures: Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Studies or an equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Team Leader or Junior Management position.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ambitious, good attitude, willing to learn and promote teamwork spirit.
Experience in Software Development methodologies.
Sound Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, PHP, .NET, Power BI, Business Objects, etc.
Sound Experience in ERP Solutions, preferably SAP & Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Sound Experience in Microsoft platforms and products i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experienced working in multi-site organisations environment.
Must be willing to be on-call and travel to off-sites.
