• Coordinate and supervise surveys conducted by the NSO
• Assist in developing and maintaining efficient data collection tools, including gathering requirements, testing IT solutions, and updating interviewers’ database

• Link and validate data from various sources to ensure integrity
• Apply rigorous methodologies to produce reliable and unbiased results
• Participate in training sessions for interviewers and provide support for daily queries

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking prospective candidates with a degree (MQF level 6 or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics and Operations Research, Public Policy, Business Management, Economics, or similar fields.

Alternatively, hold an MQF Level 5 Diploma in a relevant area with at least seven years of relevant experience.

Prospective applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (ECDL certification is an asset) and exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
