Ad Operation Specialist

Job Description:

Ad Operation Specialist is responsible for creating media plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and conversions. This position involves research, budgeting, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the execution of effective media campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement media strategies based on campaign goals
• Manage media planning, buying, and performance tracking
• Manage communicaon with 3rd party partners to ensure smooth operaons and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with creave teams and external agencies for campaign execuon
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Manage media budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Stay updated on media trends and new adverting platforms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, media planning and buying
• Proficiency with ad management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
• Experience with ad trafficking and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DMPs)
• Fluent in Turkish and strong English wring and speaking skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
