Service Receptionist (Automotive)

Motors Inc. in Malta is looking to recruit a Service Receptionist (Automotive) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role Main Objective:
To provide and achieve optimal customer service and communication between the after-sales front office and the client.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling all communication between customers and employees in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the general reception and office administration.
• Provide customer support and assistance as necessary in liaison with department managers and other functions of the organisation
• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with immediately in liaison with the department manager concerned.
• Receive and greet all visitors and clients in a professional and warm manner.
• Ensure that all clients have been queued to be served accordingly.
• Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
• Maintaining an orderly and clean reception area, liaising with the cleaning department.
• Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties
• Provide customer support and assistance as necessary in liaison with department managers and other functions of the organization
