Our client who specialises in Industrial Goods and Services is looking for a Receptionist. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Attending to phone calls and emails
  • Updating appointments and job sheets through an online system
  • Assisting the CEO with daily tasks
  • Ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies
  • Sending out company circulars and maintenance schedules  
  • Setting up appointments for visits and keeping software updated
  • Preparing quotes for engineers work as per certifications
  • Preparing quotes for jobs within technician timesheets
  • Be the first point of contact when a sales enquiry is registered within our company systems
  • Issuing of maintenance quotes and contracts
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Good verbal and communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role
