Our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their growing team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the chosen candidate will:
Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the reception desk during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide a courteous and professional service to clients, visitors, and staff upon their arrival.
Notify appropriate staff members of visitor arrivals while managing a visitor log and adhering to security protocols.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are properly prepared with required materials and equipment.
Compile and organize meeting packs for business review sessions across various departments.
Receive and process office deliveries, ensuring timely removal of parcels from reception areas.
Assist the office administration team with tasks as needed.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
Self-driven and Ability to prioritize effectively
Has good attention to detail, making sure that at all times, that work is accurate
Understands the importance of following procedures
Ability to work under pressure and meet key deadlines
Sensible and professional attitude
Education and Experience
Confident in the use of IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
Proficient in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with others
Previous experience in reception work
