Our client, an established company operating in the health sector, is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Invoicing, payments and disbursement for patients
  • Receiving payments for services and billings
  • Monitoring daily patient lists and follow up on unpaid bills
  • Registering and updating patient records on company system
  • Following up with patients
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • Assisting with additional department duties as instructed by the team leader when required
  • Candidate must be willing to work on a shift basis
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proven experience in a similar role would be an asset
Education & Experience
  • O'level Standard of Education is a must
