Motor Claims Handler

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Insurance Agency Claims team as a Motor Claims Handler reporting directly to the Claims Manager.
The ability to organise and multi-task are essential skills required for this role. Other responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring each client feels valued and supported with their claim, providing personalised and accurate information.
- Taking proactive measures and utilising available resources to ensure the best possible outcome for each client, addressing their specific needs related to their accident or claim.
- Responding promptly to calls reporting new motor claims, capturing their details with high quality, instructing the appropriate service providers, and managing the next steps of the claim journey.
- Processing motor insurance claim payments using an automated system.
We are looking for a person who:
- Has customer service experience.
- Is a great listener, confident in interacting with customers and building relationships over the phone or in person and using computers.
- Possesses the skills to look at situations uniquely and solve problems with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Will be a contributor to a collaborative team.
