Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting with enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries.
  • Deliver a friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused customer experience.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals.

What we are looking for:

Essential:

  • Fluent in both Maltese and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, or similar roles is considered an asset.
