Responsibility:
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- Receive and create orders
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
- Update and maintain databases such as client information
- Handling customer queries by email, phone, and social media
- Sending copies of documents (invoices, credit notes and statements)
