IT Technical Support (Part-time or Full-time)

Our client is looking for an IT Administrator to join their team in Malta. 

Your Responsibilities:  

• Offering 1st and 2nd line support for internal users. 
• Monitoring the infrastructure and keeping the the system updated and maintained. 
• Installing and managing virtual machines. 
• Backup and recovery strategy management, configuration and troubleshooting. 
• Managing and maintaining Office 365 such as SharePoint, Exchange etc. 
• 3CX PBX configuration, maintenance and support. 
• Being the main point of contact for suppliers and providers.

Part-time hours: 8AM - 1PM

Salary for a part-time role will differ.

• Between 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge on Active Directory and Office 365.
• Familiarity with virtual machines would be an asset.
