A highly reputable hotel in Malta is seeking a Guest Service Executive to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with the service team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department
  • Ensure that all incoming calls within the call centre are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Supervise the smooth running of the Business Centre and Doormen
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service processes
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • In possession of a hospitality-related qualification
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages will be an asset
  • Must be able to lead a team
  • IT Savvy and preferably knowledge of Opera
  • Able to work flexible hours
