Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa is currently looking to recruit a Front Office Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

The Front Office Supervisor will supervise and co-ordinate the shift activities at the Front Desk, and act as a liaison between guests and Management to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free and proactive service to customers; hence maximise room revenue and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests
  • Communication and recording of complaints
  • Assist in training new staff members, coach them and monitor their performance
  • Ensure the desk is covered at all times
  • Have full awareness of the current daily status of the Hotel
  • Ensure smooth hand over to next shift.


The selected candidate must:

  • Have previous similar experience within a 5 star hotel environment
  • Able to speak in English and another European language
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to address guests needs and demands
  • Have an eye for detail and a smart appearance
  • Be a team player
  • Flexible with working hours including nights, evenings and weekends.
