We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Front Office Manager to join our team.

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and reservations
  • Train and manage front office staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism
  • Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
  • Manage room reservations and ensure accuracy in booking and billing processes
  • Prepare and analyze reports on front office performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front office or hotel management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
